Since 1999, the South Perry District has celebrated each summer with a fair that has been held in many different capacities over the years. In 2019, the fair covered four blocks of Perry Street and four parking lots with arts, crafts, activities, local businesses, and food vendors. In addition, there were two stages, a kid’s fair, and so much more! Check out what the South Perry Street Fair has to offer this year by heading down on July 16th from 10am – 10pm!

In addition to being a public meeting space, The Hive offers four studio spaces reserved for an application-based artist residency program. These spaces allow artists to take their art to the next level, foster connection, and provide free arts education for the public. Some events you can catch at the Hive are the Printmaking Techniques on Clay: Hands-on Workshop on July 27th from 6-8pm and Grow Your Garden and Your Community on August 4th from 4-5pm.
