You agree that you will be required to present a valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID at the time of pickup for any order you place to verify your age and identity. 2. Our Website is an Online Catalog

Our Website functions as an e-commerce catalog that allows you to browse products and place an order for in-store pickup only.

• No Online Payments: We do not process payments for cannabis products online. All payments must be made in-person at one of our Spokane dispensary locations at the time of pickup.
• Order Confirmation is Not a Contract: Receiving an order confirmation email does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute a contract for sale. It is a confirmation that we have received your reservation.
• Right to Refuse or Limit Orders: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse service or limit the quantity of any item on any order for any reason. This may include compliance with Washington State purchasing limits, product availability, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. If we cancel or modify your order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information you provided.

3. Acceptable Use of the Website

We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Website for your personal, non-commercial use. In return, you agree NOT to:

• Violate the Law: Use the Website for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, or federal laws, including regulations set by the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (WSLCB).

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

ANY DISPUTE OR CLAIM RELATING IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE SHALL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION, RATHER THAN IN COURT. THE ARBITRATION WILL BE CONDUCTED IN SPOKANE COUNTY, WASHINGTON.

ARBITRATION MEANS A NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR WILL DECIDE THE DISPUTE, NOT A JUDGE OR JURY. YOU AGREE THAT BY ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT, YOU AND CINDER ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY.

WE EACH AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU AGREE TO WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. IF FOR ANY REASON A CLAIM PROCEEDS IN COURT RATHER THAN IN ARBITRATION, WE EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
