To make pumpkin pie spice, simply combine the ground cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and nutmeg in a bowl. Transfer this into a spice jar to be used in the recipe and save the rest for other delicious pumpkin spice recipes!

  1. Add milk, pumpkin puree, and cannabis-infused honey to a saucepan or pot over medium heat.
  2. Stir to combine.
  3. Allow mixture to get hot, but not reach a boil.

  5. Add in vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and coffee and mix.
  6. Add sugar until the sweetness is to your liking.

Before you being making this next treat on our list of fall recipes, you’ll want to get your cannabutter ready to infuse your recipe. Simply take 1/2 stick of butter and melt it over medium heat in a small pot on the stove. Once the butter is fully melted, dispense your desired amount of RSO into the pot.  To properly dose your butter, remember that 1g is 1000mg. So, you’ll want to multiply the potency % of your RSO by 1000mg to calculate how many milligrams of THC are in your syringe of RSO. From there, dose your butter as desired.  Mix your RSO and butter until they are fully combined, then set your mixture aside to be used in the recipe.

  1. Before you begin, preheat your oven to 325°F.
  2. To begin, combine your flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and spices in a large bowl.
  3. Then, whisk together these dry ingredients and set aside.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the butter (both the stick and the cannabutter you made earlier) and sugar.
  5. Then, beat together butter and sugar with an electric mixer.
  6. After your butter and sugar are combined, add eggs in one at a time. Beat well with the electric mixture after each egg is added.
  7. After each egg has been added in and combined, continue beating the mixture with your electric mixer until it is light and fluffy.
  8. Once your mixture is light and fluffy, add in the pumpkin.
  9. Then, beat until combined. It is okay if it looks a bit grainy.
  10. Once your mixture is fully combined, add in your dry ingredients that you set aside earlier.
  11. Then, beat on a low speed until all of your ingredients are well combined.
  12. Once your mixture is homogenous, transfer the batter into loaf pans. Be sure to spray your pans with a non-stick spray or rub with oil before transferring batter to ensure that your bread does not stick in the pan.
  13. Take your pans full of batter and place them in the oven to bake for 65-75 minutes.
  14. To check your bread, stick a toothpick in the middle. If you pull it out and it is clean, your bread is ready. If there is residue left on your toothpick, cook your bread a bit longer.

  1. Before you begin, preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. While the oven is preheating, get the softened cream cheese into a large mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer.
  3. While still beating the cream cheese, add in the pumpkin puree and continue beating until combined.
  4. Once the cream cheese and pumpkin pie puree are evenly combined, add the sugar, salt, eggs, half & half, and cannabutter to the bowl.
  5. Beat everything together with the electric mixer until well-combined.
  6. While still beating, pour in vanilla extract, cinnamon, and ginger until everything is combined. The filling is now complete.
  7. Then, pour your filling into the pie crust.
  8. Place the pie into the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes until the middle is set.
  9. Once your pie has cooked, check the middle by sticking a toothpick in and pulling it out. If the toothpick comes out clean, your pie is ready. If there is residue left on your toothpick, cook your pie a bit longer.
  10. Once the pie is finished and cooled off, top with whipped cream.
