Cannabis Infused Butter
Ingredients:
- 1g Distillate/RSO Tanker
- 1 Cup of Cannabis Butter
Instructions
Before making your cannabis infused butter, decide how much THC you want in your mixture. Keep in mind that distillate tends to clock-in at 90% potency or higher, so a 1g syringe will usually sit around 900mg of THC. So, we don’t really recommend using an entire syringe for one serving. Once you’ve figured out how much distillate you want to use, melt your one cup of butter in a saucepan on low heat. Once the butter is melted, add in your desired dosage of distillate or RSO. Stir continuously until the butter and distillate/oil are combined well. Remove from heat.
Mashed Pot-atotes
Ingredients:
- Head of Garlic
- 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
- 3 Pounds of Yukon Gold Potatoes
- 2 Tablespoons of Cannabis Infused Butter
- 3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Chives/Green Onion
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
Prepare Garlic:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Afterwards, peel as much of the skin off of the garlic by hand as you can. Once you’ve peeled the head of garlic, place it in onto a baking tray. Drizzle some olive oil over the garlic and then cover it with aluminum foil. Now, slide the baking tray into the oven and bake for about 25 minutes or until the cloves of garlic can be smushed when pressed. Once the garlic is soft, remove it from the oven and set it aside.
Prepare Potatoes:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium chunks. Then, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Once the water has reached a boil, add the potatoes to the pot. Boil the potatoes for 10 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. To check the potatoes, stick a fork in one of the potato chunks to see if they are soft. Once the potatoes are soft, turn off the stove and drain the potatoes in a colander. Transfer the potatoes into a large bowl and grab the head of garlic you prepped and set aside earlier.
Now, squeeze the garlic out of the garlic head into the bowl of potatoes. Also add the cannabis infused butter, mayonnaise, sour cream, and chives/green onions. Using an electric mixer or potato masher, mash the potatoes until all of the ingredients are combined and the consistency of the potatoes is to your liking. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Wavy Gravy
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup Cannabis Butter
- Turkey or Veggie Stock
- 2 Onions (Thinly Sliced)
- 2 Tablespoons of Rosemary
- 1/3 Cup Flour
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
In a large saucepan, melt your cannabis butter over low heat. Once the butter is melted, add your thinly sliced onions and rosemary into the saucepan. Allow the onions and rosemary to simmer in the butter on low heat for about 10 minutes. This will allow the butter to absorb their flavor. Strain the rosemary an onions out of the butter and return the butter to the saucepan. Still over low heat, add in flour and whisk for about a minute. Then, slowly begin pouring in your stock of choice while stirring until the gravy is at your preferred consistency. Once your mixture is at your preferred gravy consistency, turn off your stove’s heat and add salt and pepper to taste.

High Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients:
- 8oz Cream Cheese (Softened)
- 2 Cups Canned Pumpkin Puree
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Eggs Slightly Beaten
- 1 Cup Half & Half
- 1/3 Cup Cannabis Infused Butter
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
- 9-Inch Unbaked Pastry Shell
- 1 Cup Whipped Cream
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. While the oven is pre-heating, get the softened cream cheese into a large mixing bowl and beat with an electric kitchen mixer. While still beating, add in the pumpkin and beat until combined. Once the cream cheese and pumpkin pie is evenly combined, add the sugar, salt, eggs, half & half, and cannabis butter into the bowl. Beat everything together with an electric mixture until well-combined. While still beating, pour in the vanilla extract, cinnamon, and ginger until everything is combined.
Now that you have the complete filling, pour it into the pie crust. Place the filled pie into the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes or until the middle is set. To check the middle, stick a toothpick in the middle of the pie. Pull out the tooth pick and check to see if any filling stuck to it. If the toothpick is clean, the pie is ready. Let the pie cool at room temperature. Once the pie is cooled, top with whipped cream.
Schweed Potato Casserole
Ingredients:
- 4 1/2 lbs Sweet Potatoes
- 1 1/2 Cups Mini Marshmallows
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Cup Cannabis-Infused Butter (Softened)
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 1/4 Cups Cornflakes Cereal (Crushed)
- 1/4 Chopped Pecans
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Cannabis-Infused Butter (Melted)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Once your oven has reached 400 degrees, put all of your sweet potatoes in a baking dish and bake for about 1 hour or until tender. After pulling your dish of sweet potatoes out of the oven, allow the potatoes to cool. In the meantime, turn your oven down to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Once cooled to room temperature, peel and mash the sweet potatoes. Next, beat together the mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, milk, softened cannabis butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. In a separate bowl, combine cornflakes, chopped pecans, brown sugar, and melted cannabis butter. Once combined, sprinkle the mixture over the top of the sweet potato casserole. Place the casserole back in the oven and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. Afterward, pull the casserole from the oven and let stand for 10 minutes. Once slightly cooled, sprinkle marshmallows over the top of the casserole. Then, return the casserole to the oven to bake for a final 10 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
