Guess That Strain

The nose knows, or does it? We had Fred, the head grower from Growing Like a Weed, stop by and see if he could accurately tell his strains apart. Not only does GLW, Growing Like a Weed, pack flavor into each and every strain but they’re always “popping beans” as Fred calls it. That is to say, getting new and exciting strains for the Washington i-502 cannabis market. These flavor-packed strains are pesticide free too, GLW uses beneficial bugs to control any pests that might pop up which means you just taste the flower. Growing Like a Weed has strains for days, but we’ve narrowed it down to only six of their marijuana strains.

To see if Fred was ready for the gauntlet Becca, Cinder’s district manager, laid out a smorgasbord of different Growing Like a Weed strains in all three of GLW’s offerings; Joints, Flower, and Concentrates. We removed any packaging that could give away what was being presented to Fred, but the smell that gets packed into each bud from Growing Like a Weed was still threatening to give away their secret identity. Gassy, sweet, skunky there are so many different ways to describe a strain but can Fred accurately guess which is which?

To throw Fred off his game, Becca selected Platinum Girl Scout Cookies, Galactic Glue, Rosé, Pink Taco, Pudding, and True OG. Rosé and Pink Taco’s scent are unmistakable but can Fred accurately use his schnoz and sort through all that gas that’s found inside Galactic Glue, Pudding, and True OG? These cannabis strains pack the flavor deep inside those cannabinoids, and the smell is the next level. All I know is that I’m just mad I’m not the one who’s smoking.
